In fact, Mrwhosetheboss on YouTube showcased how he was able to create a simple Tetris game across various GPT models and how GPT-5 was the best of ‘em. Varun Mayya shared a wholesome use case video on his YouTube channel, well showing just how easily you can create a ‘Twitter’ in a couple of minutes.

It may not be available in all the markets and for some subscription tiers, but it is surely something you should be investing in. The GPT-5 model was released on August 7, more than two years after its predecessor, GPT-4, arrived in March 2023, followed by GPT-4o in May 2024, and so on.

According to OpenAI’s Sam Altman, the new GPT-5 model is a significant step towards AGI. It is perhaps a testament to more than 700 million people who are actively using ChatGPT each week, and that number is growing immensely. What started as a nonprofit research laboratory has become a $300 billion company focusing on building AGI led by Altman.

According to OpenAI, the GPT-5 model is the fastest and most useful model ever that has built-in thinking capabilities. It can answer questions revolving around law, finance, science, math, coding, and more. There’s a built-in canvas to preview apps, games, or websites, to preview the output.
