Earlier on Tuesday, we got our hands on two new flagship phones — Oppo Find X9 and Find X9 Pro. Both devices are powered with the same Dimensity 9500 SoC with a camera system developed by Hasselblad, and an insanely larger vapor chamber for speedy heat dissipation. As the phones start at ₹74,999 in India, let’s take a deeper dive into what these Dimensity-powered flagship phones bring to the table.

Oppo Find X9 specs and features

Starting with the vanilla Oppo Find X9, the phone brings on-board a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. A VC cooling system covering an area of 32,052.5 sq mm takes care of cooling when you are engaged in heavy usage. We see Android 16-based ColorOS 16 taking care of the software front; the same applies to Find X9 Pro as well.

The phone brings a decent-sized 6.59” AMOLED panel boasting a resolution of 1,256 × 2,760px, plus 120Hz refresh rate and up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness. There’s a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on board that will protect the display like nothing else.

Oppo is going big with the camera setup and offers exceptional computational photography chops thanks to the new Lumo Imaging Engine. On the optics hardware, we have a triple-camera setup at the back, tuned by Hasselblad. A 50MP Sony LYT808 cam with OIS sits at the front, plus a 50MP Sony LYT600 telephoto and a 50MP ultrawide snapper. The front, on the other hand, has a Sony IMX615 32MP camera shooter for better performance.

Other specs include Bluetooth v6, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, GPS, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port, IP68+IP69 rating, and a meaty 7,025mAh silicon carbon battery coupled with 80W wired and a 50MP AirVOOC wireless charging.
