OPPO has officially announced the launch event for its Reno13 series, which will take place on November 25 in China. During the event, the company will release the OPPO Reno13 and OPPO Reno13 Pro smartphones, along with Enco R3 Pro earbuds, and the newest tablet from the company, the OPPO Pad 3.
Display and camera
OPPO Reno13 Pro will pack a 6.83-inch micro quad-curved screen with 1.5K resolution and crazily ultra-narrow, uniform bezels for the most immersive screen experience ever. On the other hand, OPPO Reno13 will pack a 6.59-inch flat display as an offering to those who would prefer a more traditional design approach along with slightly thicker bezels.
As the fantastic quad camera on Reno13 Pro is quite good, photography fans are going to love it. The rumors predict that the main camera will be 50MP, ultra-wide lens 8MP, a telephoto sensor 50MP, and 50MP front camera.
Design and variants
OPPO Reno13 Pro has been teased in a striking purple color. It will be available in a series of configurations, for its 12GB RAM would be accompanied either by 256GB or 512GB storage, while the models would come with 16GB RAM, but just 512GB or an enormous 1TB storage. The premium metal frame for the two devices would be complemented further by an IR blaster for more functions being added to these sleek looks.
Performance and processor
Under the hood, the Reno13 Pro will sport the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset. The one promises better performance than its predecessor, the Dimensity 9200+. Ultimately, this makes the device a powerhouse in terms of multitasking and gaming complemented by generous RAM options and healthy storage capabilities.
Collaboration with (G)I-DLE’s Yuqi
Adding a touch of star power to the launch, OPPO has collaborated with Yuqi, a member of the globally popular K-pop group (G)I-DLE. As the newly appointed brand ambassador and “Reno Girl,” Yuqi is set to bring her unique charm to the Reno13 series’ marketing campaigns and the launch event itself.
