Oppo Reno7 & Reno7 Pro 5G Indian Pricing Leaked; Likely to arrive in India in January

Oppo released the much-anticipated Reno7 series a couple of days ago and cut to now, the Reno7 and Reno7 Pro are expected to debut in India in January 2022. Turns out there are rumors about the Indian pricing for the two models.

According to a report, Oppo Reno7 5G in India is expected to fetch a price tag between Rs 28,000/- to Rs 31,000/-. The Reno7 Pro 5G, on the other hand, will be priced between Rs 41,000/- to Rs 43,000/-. Note that these prices are rumored and haven’t been confirmed by the Chinese OEM.

The prices for both the models released in China commence at CNY 2,699 and CNY 3,699 respectively. When translated to INR, the Reno7 5G in China is available at a starting price tag of Rs 31,750/- while the Reno7 Pro 5G commences at Rs 43,500/-. Coincidentally, these are almost the same pricing as the rumored India pricing.

Oppo released the Reno7 5G with a 6.43-inch AMOLED 90Hz display powered by a Snapdragon 778G SoC, 128/256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and 8/12GB of RAM options available with it. The device has a 64MP primary, 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro triple camera setup at the back along with a 32MP front-facing camera. There’s a 60W charging tech with a 4,500 mAh battery on-board.

The Reno7 Pro 5G is advanced with a 6.55-inch 90Hz AMOLED panel, 8GB/12GB of RAM, 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage, and powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 Max SoC on-board. There’s a 32MP selfie, a 50MP + ultrawide plus 2MP macro triple rear camera. Finally, the battery size remains the same at 4,500 mAh but with a faster 65W fast charging tech.

Both the devices run on Android 11-powered ColorOS 12 out-of-the-box and should be able to get both Android 12 and 13 in the coming months.

Other specifications include reverse charging, dual-band WiFi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, dual-band GPS, NFC, USB Type-C 2.0, an under-the-display fingerprint scanner, a color spectrum sensor, and more.
