Well, the Chinese smartphone market just got a bit better with the latest RedMagic 11S Pro series. Comprising two models—the 11S Pro and 11S Pro+—the phones bank on the already successful RedMagic 11 series and feature the cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC under the hood. Here’s everything we know about the latest launches.
RedMagic 11S Pro series arrives in China with superior cooling tech
First and foremost, the RedMagic 11S Pro and 11S Pro+ bring the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, the cutting-edge chipset fabbed on a 3nm node in 2025, with overclocked prime cores at a whopping 4.74GHz. There’s up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage and 16GB of LPDDR5X ultra RAM, for which you can learn about the configurations available in the pricing section.
Moving on, we have a Sigma 8,000mAh Si-C battery on-board the 11S Pro paired with 80W charging tech. Similarly, the 11S Pro+ packs in a smaller 7,500mAh (but same as the 11 Pro+) paired with 120W fast wired and 80W fast wireless charging capabilities.
On the front, we have a 6.85” AMOLED 1.5K panel with 144Hz refresh rate fabbed by BOE, boasting a brightness of up to 2,000 nits. There’s also a 16p under-display selfie camera.
Christened as gaming-focused devices, we have dual cooling architecture aboard 11S Pro+, including a physical cooling fan that rotates at 24,000 RPM; plus, there’s a pulsating liquid cooling system that keeps the phone’s thermals in check. On the other hand, the 11S Pro relies on a cooling fan for heat dissipation.
Moving further, we have IPX9 protection against water up to 3 meters of submersion. There are shoulder trigger buttons with a 520Hz sampling rate that go on to improve the gaming experience tenfold.
The Redmi 11S Pro series brings Android 16-backed RedMagic OS 11, 5G NSA/SA, Bluetooth v6.0, 6GHz Wi-Fi, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a 16MP front camera, and dual 50MP shooters with OIS at the back.

RedMagic 11S Pro series pricing and availability
The RedMagic 11S Pro retails for CNY 5,499 (approx. ~$807) for the single 12GB+256GB variant. On the other hand, the RedMagic 11S Pro+ offers multiple storage configurations, such as 12GB+256GB at CNY 6,199, while the higher 16GB+1TB variant retails for up to CNY 7,999 (approx. ~$1,174). Both devices are available in two colorways—Dark Night and Silver Wing.
