After waiting for quite a long time, Samsung has finally launched its third flagship smartphone of 2019 and it amazing. I am talking about the Samsung Galaxy Note10 series that Samsung introduced a few hours ago at an exclusive launch event in Brooklyn where DJ Koh and other dignitaries presented the much-awaited flagship smartphone.
South Korean tech giant Samsung introduced Samsung Galaxy Note10 and Galaxy Note10 Plus with their LTE and 5G variants at the event. Both the smartphones are action-packed with high-end specifications such as the latest 7nm Exynos 9825 SoC and more.
Samsung has literally made available extra power with extra space and premium look & designs that the new Note10 series exhibits brilliantly thanks to its precisely crafted smartphone that has a full-on edge-to-edge display with a tiny punch-hole at the front and it has roaring engine under-the-hood that allows it to rev at a maximum frequency of 2.73GHz with a maximum RAM of 12GB but it is just the tip of the iceberg.
Samsung Galaxy Note10 series: Display & Design
The launch event showcased the flamboyant Note10 and Note10 Plus for the first time after unending leaks and rumors. Anyways, talking about its design, it has a premium look and feels infused with powerful performance and great specifications. The device allows users to pair it up with S Pen that makes life much easier with its work & life balance. Presented by the President and CEO of IT & Mobile Communication Division, Samsung – DJ Koh made it sure that the phone is brilliantly designed keeping curved around its corners and edges around its right and left side a perfect instance of excellent craftsmanship.
The Galaxy Note10 gets a 6.3-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED bezel-less edge-to-edge Cinematic Infinity-O display which is HDR10+ certified. Samsung has been manufacturing the best displays for years now and the one mound on Galaxy Note10 is no exception. On the other hand, Galaxy Note10 Plus gets a much larger 6.8-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED display with a resolution of 3040 x 1440 pixels that makes the device impervious to bleeding pixels and colors. Thanks to its Dynamic Tone Mapping, the color saturation on the display is on point.
Samsung Galaxy Note10 series: Specifications & Memory
Apart from the design aspect, Samsung Galaxy Note10 series has advanced specifications onboard for sure. The Galaxy Note10 comes with an 8nm Exynos 9825 SoC which has a maximum frequency of 2.73GHz while the same is available in Galaxy Note10 Plus as well. Samsung sells varied variants of its flagship smartphones which means some of the markets will get the latest Snapdragon 855 SoC on board which has been tweaked to match the performance of Exynos 9825 similar to previous releases such as with Galaxy S10 series. The inclusion of the new SoCs allows the device to process stuff faster than its predecessors while the device has a decent memory and storage variants to grab.
Samsung Galaxy Note10 is available in LTE and 5G variants while the device boosts two storage configurations that are 8GB/256GB and 12GB/256GB respectively. Furthermore, the Galaxy Note10 Plus also comes in both LTE and 5G variants with 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB configurations available at your disposal. Furthermore, the users can expand the memory up to 1TB using a hybrid SIM slot although the 5G variant of Note10 Plus doesn’t entertain a second SIM.
Samsung Galaxy Note10 series: Camera
It is no doubt that Samsung flagship smartphones have one of the best available mobile cameras available in the market and every year, Samsung tweaks it further. The Samsung Galaxy Note10 comes with a front 10MP punch-hole camera that saves screen real-estate while providing the device with a distinct look thanks to the Infinity-O display. On the back, the smartphone has a triple camera array arranged horizontally comprising of a 16MP ultra-wide-angle camera, 12MP wide-angle camera, and a 12MP telephoto camera module which is similar to Galaxy Note10 Plus although with a slight change.
On the flip side, Galaxy Note10 Plus comprises of a quad-camera array at the back that comprises of the same 16MP ultra-wide-angle, 12MP telephoto, and 12MP wide-angle camera modules paired with a VGA Depth Vision that allows the phone to capture the depth and bokeh shots. Finally, the front has the same 10MP punch-hole camera.
Samsung has plenty of features infused in its cameras such as the Live Video Focus, Super Steady Mode, Super Slow Mode, the capability to tweak with 3D render and augmented reality, Zoom-in mic that captures better sound and amplifies it while reducing the noise and hyperlapse. The South Korean giant has also introduced Night Mode on its front-camera for breath-taking selfies even in low-light.
Samsung Galaxy Note10 series: Performance & Features
Both the flagship smartphones have some of the most ludicrous features and specifications that make it able to render stuff with an enhanced speed compared to its predecessors. The Play Galaxy Link P2P streaming service allows users to continue a game front right where they left and allows gaming on the move. Samsung has also instilled AI-based Game Booster that optimizes the performance of the system for a world-class gaming experience while the device has the slimmest vapor chamber cooling system all set under its 7.9mm chassis that keeps the heat in the tab but that’s not all.
Galaxy Note10 series comes with the newest and ultrafast Wi-Fi 6 powered by Intelligent Wi-Fi that switches between Wi-Fi and LTE when the other is not available. The LTE download speeds have been proposed at 2.0Gbps which is like traveling in a bullet train, the things will download crazy fast.
