Samsung is reading its Galaxy S24 series for launch sometime early next year, however, there are no dates available as of now. However, I just got a hint from a tipster that January 17th or 18th is the date when the Galaxy S24 series makes its debut. Of course, we are still awaiting confirmation but here’s what all you need to know about the Galaxy S24 series launch.

According to SBS Biz, Samsung is looking to launch its next-gen flagship Galaxy S24 series on January 17th during an in-person event based in San Francisco, US, which is kind of bizarre since we heard the launch would take place somewhere out of the US.
For the unversed, the S24 series has been speculated to arrive early next year although this is probably the first time we are getting a tentative date smack in the middle of January next year.
The South Korean giant is excited as the Galaxy S24 series will be its first-ever ‘generative AI’ phone. Do note that tipster Ice Universe claims the launch will be on January 18th which is a day after previous rumors so we will have to wait for some more time to get a more concrete date.
Apart from the Galaxy S24 series, the South Korean giant will release the Galaxy S23 FE as an affordable model in South Korea on December 1st this year for KRW 800,000 or $600.
Samsung Galaxy S24 Series: The Latest Buzz & Specs
The South Korean giant is using ‘AI Phone’ as a tagline to describe the Galaxy S24 series which is likely to come laden with generative AI capabilities such as text-to-image conversion. It will be equipped with an overpowered Exynos 2400 SoC that has been spotted to have massive improvements in terms of CPU, GPU, and NPU performance.
For the unversed, the entire lineup has Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC-powered variants available in some regions while others get Exynos. The top-of-the-line S24 Ultra is the only one to have Qualcomm’s processor exclusively. A recent sighting on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC on Galaxy S24 Ultra states that the prime core is clocked at 3.4GHz followed by a triple 3.15GHz cores, two 2.96GHz, and two 2.27GHz cores. The listing suggests a 12GB RAM with Android 14 (with OneUI 6.1 on top) as well.
Apart from that, the Galaxy S24 series is speculated to arrive in these color options – violet, grey, black, orange, blue, green, and yellow. Of course, some will have bespoke editions too. On top of that, the Galaxy S24 Ultra will have a special golden edition with a golden frame around it. Talking about the frame, we are aware that the entire S24 lineup will use a titanium frame, unlike the iPhone 15 Pro series that excluded the non-Pro series as usual.
