A new image of the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE has appeared online, giving an early look at the popular phone before its expected launch later this year. While the image shows some known color choices, it also confirms the design will look very similar to the Galaxy S24 FE.

Galaxy S25 FE render hints at familiar design

A new render of the Galaxy S25 FE shared by Evan Blass on X shows the phone in a stylish white color, joining the earlier leaked gray version. The image clearly displays both the front and back, suggesting Samsung is keeping a simple design for its late-2025 launch.

The device looks a lot like its predecessor, with camera placement, button layout, and body design all nearly the same. There are a few small changes, like a slightly thinner bottom bezel, but the overall design hasn’t changed much. The uneven bezel setup, which drew criticism in the Galaxy S24 FE, still seems to be present.

Minor upgrades expected in camera and battery

Even though the Galaxy S25 FE looks familiar on the outside, it might include some upgrades inside. Android Authority and GSMArena report that the front camera could be upgraded from 10MP to 12MP. This small change may lead to clearer selfies and improved low-light shots, helped by Samsung’s updated image processing software.

Battery capacity is also expected to see a slight increase. Leaks suggest the S25 FE will house a 4,900mAh battery, a 200mAh improvement over the S24 FE. While not groundbreaking, this change could translate to marginally longer usage between charges.

Exynos 2400e and Android 16

Inside, the Galaxy S25 FE is said to carry over most of the same parts as the last model, including Samsung’s own Exynos 2400e chip and 8GB of RAM. It’s expected to come with Android 16 already installed, along with Samsung’s new One UI 8.0, bringing smoother performance, more personalization options, and better security.

Expected launch date

Samsung hasn’t officially shared the specs or release date yet, but based on past patterns, it will likely launch in late 2025. As usual, more details should come out in the months ahead, and buyers will have to decide if the minor upgrades are worth it.
