It looks like the leaks around Samsung Galaxy S25 Series are getting intensive by the days. The latest instance shows off a Galaxy S25 Geekbench listing bearing Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC on its international variant. It puts the model as the bearer of next-level performance.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Geekbench Reveals a Formidable Beast

According to the latest findings, a global variant of Samsung Galaxy S25 bearing model number SM-S931B recently made it to Geekbench v6. The phone bearing 12GB of RAM and Android v15 out-of-the-box, was able to score 2,986-points and 9,355-points on single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.

Geekbench listing points out the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC sporting two high-performance cores at 4.47GHz and six cores clocked at 3.53GHz giving it an unprecedented excellence in terms of performance as evident by the benchmarking platform.

It appears that Samsung is getting serious with its choice of chipsets on the upcoming flagship devices (at least on some models). We have seen Galaxy S25 Ultra appearing on Geekbench with the same chipset scoring 3,049 and 9,793-points on single and multi-core tests. It is safe to assume that some tests revealed multi-core score of above 10,000-points which is a big deal on Android devices.

Galaxy S25+ Sticks to Exynos 2500

We saw Galaxy S25+ appear on the Geekbench v6 as well. However, instead of going for a Snapdragon chipset, the South Korean is sticking to its tactic of dual chipsets. It means S25+ picks up a rather less-powerful Exynos 2500 scoring 2,358 and 8,211 points on single and multi-core tests. The chipset is also clocked at a max 3.30GHz while the base and Ultra Galaxy S25 variants take away an overclocked max 4.47GHz frequency.

No doubt there’s a huge disparity between models under Samsung Galaxy S25 series due to the choice of chipset. However, this has been the case with previous iterations as well so yeah, we aren’t surprised even a bit.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Takes On Upgrades Specs

Talking about what’s cookin’, Samsung has upgraded its minimum RAM specs across models. As evident by the appearances on Geekbench, all the Galaxy S25 series models will get 12GB of RAM. There’s an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC at 4.47GHz instead of 4.32GHz max frequency across both Galaxy S25 and S25 Ultra while the S25+ appears to be an exception with only Exynos 2500 SoC under the hood.
