Last month, we saw two upcoming entry-level Vivo smartphones on benchmarking site Geekbench. Based on the information we got, both the phones had monikers 1901A/T and 1902 that shared seemingly similar Geekbench scores for both single and multi-core tests. Today, we got to know more about the Vivo 1901 A/T via TENAA listing.

The Vivo 1901 A/T received certification from Chinese regulatory authority TENAA which sheds light on various specs that the Samsung M10’s equivalent will produce. Starting with the display, the device has a 6.35-inch display with a front selfie camera attached within a waterdrop notch at the middle while the rear has a triple camera setup arranged in a vertically stacked camera ring with an optical fingerprint scanner right next to it.

The device has a dimension of 159.34 x 76.77 x 8.92mm which makes it slightly thinner than Motorola Moto P40 Play that was recently captured in a CAD render by CompareRaja as well.

Moving further, the device has a 4,880 mAh battery which is huge and almost 15% to 20% more than what Samsung Galaxy S10, Huawei Mate 20 Pro and even Huawei P30 Pro has to offer although this is just the battery capacity since we cannot actually compare the three flagship devices with this entry-level Vivo 1901 A/T. It is actually two devices with a moniker 1901A and 1901T or it could be two versions of the same device for different markets. The device supports fast charging as well although the specifics are unavailable at this moment.

Per TENAA, the device runs on MediaTek Helio P35 (Vivo 1901T) and Helio P30 (Vivo 1901A) with a storage configuration of 4/64GB and 4/128GB. The device has a 13MP + 8MP + 2MP rear camera setup where the later could a depth sensor while the front has a 16MP sensor.

Final bits of information reveal that the device will have a dual SIM slot with 4G support on a single or dual SIMs. The device is expected to act as a rival to Xiaomi Redmi 6A, Xiaomi Redmi 7, and Samsung Galaxy M10 that sport a similar spec sheet. Anyhow, we will have to wait until any further reports are confirmed.
