Chinese smartphone maker Vivo has just released another smartphone in the Y series. Dubbed as Vivo Y75, the device emphasizes its camera performance along with a smooth 44W fast charging tech among other specs.

Vivo Y75 Pricing and Availability

The Vivo Y75 carries a price tag of INR 20,999/- in India for the single version. It is available via Flipkart, India E-store, and can be purchased at all partnered retail stores in the country. There’s an instant discount of INR 1,500/- with the purchase using OneCard, IDFC First Bank, SBI, or ICICI until May 31st, 2022. You can choose between Dancing Wave and Moonlight Shadow color variants with the device.

Vivo Y75 Specifications

The Vivo Y75 packs in a flat edges design offering a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel on top with a waterdrop-shaped notch. Bezels are slightly thicker but that goes as per the price tag. Moving on, we have a 44MP EyeFocus front camera that the device is playing its USP on. It brings onboard AI Extreme Night, Double Exposure, multi-style portrait mode, and a Steadiface Selfie Video feature for the front camera.

Talking about the rear cameras, you get a triple rear camera setup housing a 50MP primary, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro sensor. It also features light night mode, dual-view video mode, and bokeh effects among others. It is housed in a rectangular-shaped cut-out with the triple sensors arranged in a vertical stack.

About the powertrain, Vivo Y75 gets a MediaTek Helio G96 chipset onboard paired with 128GB of storage and 8GB of RAM. This is the only variant available on Y75. There’s a VRAM functionality that extends the RAM by 4GB by using the internal storage as an auxiliary virtual RAM. It brings onboard a FuntouchOS 12 based on Android 11 out-of-the-box. Vivo should have opted for an Android 12 just like the Realme 9 Pro series but for some reason, it didn’t.

Moving on, we have a 44W FlashCharge feature with Vivo Y75 that charges the battery from 0 to 65% in 30 minutes and that’s a 4,050mAh battery that we are talking about. Other features mounted on Vivo Y75 are an in-display fingerprint scanner, multi-Turbo mode, and Hi-Res Audio.
