Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 and Note 7 Pro are finally official in India. Xiaomi launched the successors to Note 6 series and I must say, it has improved its performance by 155% according to the statistics published on Xiaomi’s website.

The new Xiaomi Redmi Note gets a 6.3-inch FHD+ dot notch display that maximizes the screen real estate by reducing the area covered by different types of notches. The device run with a 2340×1080 pixels resolution producing crisp visual elements. It sports a Snapdragon 660 AIE SoC capable of boosting at a maximum frequency of 2.2 GHz that delivers performance and speed and of course, a highly-responsive gaming experience.

The device sports a 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 5 sandwich design with front and back glass panel with a reflective glass back design aka ‘Aura Design’ which is surely gonna impress you the way it looks completely redesigned. Redmi Note 7 is backed by a 12+2MP dual rear camera setup bundled with AI capabilities capable of capturing brighter images even in low-light conditions. It has a larger 1.25micrometer pixel with 33 categories of AI Scenes recognition, smart short, and other functionalities.

On the front, a 13MP selfie camera is embedded within a dot notch design with AI Face unlocking capabilities. Finally, the device has a 4,000 mAh battery combined with Quick Charge 4 technology that powers the battery faster. Xiaomi Redmi Note is available in Ruby Red, Sapphire Blue, and Onyx Blue and will fetch a price tag of INR 9,999/- for 3GB/32GB variant and a higher INR11,999/- for its 4GB/64GB variant and it is available at Xiaomi stores and other outlets.

The device sports a 6.3-inch FHD+ dot notch display with front and back 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 11nm octa-core Kryo 460 SoC manufactured on FInFET based on the same A76 architecture as Snapdragon 855 capable of delivering a 155% greater performance than the processor used in Redmi Note 6 Pro.

The device hosts a flagship-level camera with a 48MP primary camera at 1.6micrometer, 4-in-1 pixel binning technology Sony IMX586 paired alongside a 5MP dual-camera AI-enabled camera. Finally, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro will have a 4GB/64GB variant and a larger 6GB/128GB variant available at INR13,999/- and INR16,999/- respectively. The device has a Nebula Red, Space Black, and Neptune Blue color variants and will be available on March 13 in India.
