Highlights
  • Google Pixel 10a is reportedly launching in mid-February, a month before its predecessor Pixel 9a was announced.
  • This comes right from reputable sources MysteryLupin and Roland Quandt according to whom, the phone will be priced €50 lower than Pixel 9a as well.
  • Google Pixel 10a will arrive in four colorways only of which, the Obsidian will have a higher 256GB variant while the rest clings to a single 128GB storage.

Looking forward to the upcoming Google Pixel 10a release? Well, you are in for a treat, as the phone might fetch a price tag lower than that of the Pixel 9a, and that’s good news after all.

Google Pixel 10a price leaks ahead of launch anticipated next month

According to tipster MysteryLupin on X, the Google Pixel 10a is expected to arrive on February 17, more than a month before the Pixel 9a actually made its debut last year. What’s interesting is the fact that Pixel 10a pricing is expected to start at €500 for the base 128GB variant. To put things into perspective, the Pixel 9a made its debut at €549 for the base 128GB variant.

If this is accurate at all, we could see the Pixel 10a price dive to €500 (or €499) for the 128GB model; the 256GB variant would round up at €600 (or €599). Of course, the conversion between pricing in Europe and the United States may differ; that’s why we won’t put a US price just yet.

Moving on, we have heard that Google will launch the Pixel 10a in four colorways, i.e., Obsidian, Lavender, Berry, and Fog shades. The thing is, only Obsidian will be available in the aforementioned 256GB variant, while all other colorways will have a min and max cap of 128GB. This comes from tipster Roland Quandt, who has a reputation that precedes him, and I wouldn’t think why this can’t be true as well.

Google Pixel 10a launch date pits it against Galaxy S26 series

With that being said, we are expecting the Google Pixel 10a launch on February 17 (mid-Feb). This is around the same time as Samsung launches its flagship Samsung Galaxy S26 series. Not that both will lock horns against each other, but I’m just curious why Google is going for such a launch window, unlike last year’s March launch for the Pixel 9a.

Google Pixel 10a leaks have appeared all over, including its official-looking renders, pricing leaks, specs leaks, and whatnot. It might also set it apart from the Pixel 9a, which is also considered one of the ugliest Pixel phones ever, as per TechRadar, although it is relatively subjective.
