A photo captured by a quad-camera assembly on Huawei P30 Pro spread like wildfire and soon, Huawei announced that it will release the successor to P20 series i.e. the Huawei P30 series in Paris on March 26. Similar to P20 series, P30 series will have three models i.e. a standard P30, P30 Pro, and P30 Lite. MySmartPrice picked up a TENAA listing about Huawei P30 Lite that just went online provided insight on what we can expect with the soon-to-be-released smartphone.

TENAA is a Chinese regulatory authority that certified Huawei P30 Lite while revealing few of the specs that we will discuss here. Starting with the variants, Huawei P30 got its TENAA certification under two different models: MAR-AL00 and MAR-TL00 which could be for two storage configurations of P30 Lite or otherwise.

The listing states that the device will sport a 6.15-inch FHD+ display along with an overall measurement of 152.9×72.7×7.4mm. TENAA hasn’t posted all the information about the device yet but we can expect it to update the information in the coming days.

For reference, Huawei P30 will sport a triple-camera setup borrowed from P20 Pro while the higher-end P30 Pro will have a world-class quad-camera setup. To generalize, we can expect a triple-camera setup on the back of Huawei P30 Lite as well along with a mid-range Kirin 710 octa-core chipset manufactured by Huawei’s in-house chipmaking wing HiSilicon. Rumor has it that P30 Lite will get a 20+16+2MP rear-camera assembly where the third is a depth sensor.

Huawei will showcase its first foldable 5G device tomorrow at the MWC 2019 in Barcelona while the Huawei P30 series is slated for March 26-eque launch date. Do you know where you can stay updated about the upcoming P30 series? It’s here on True-Tech.
