The OnePlus 13T AnTuTu listing has made an impressive appearance, solidifying its place as one of the most powerful smartphones in the market. Just days before its official launch, the phone’s benchmark scores have surfaced, hinting at a serious performance upgrade.

OnePlus 13T AnTuTu Score Spotted, Showcasing Massive Performance Gains

The OnePlus 13T, identified by model number PKX110, was recently listed on AnTuTu, achieving a staggering score of 3,006,913 points. This places it at the top of the benchmark charts, outperforming several flagship devices.

Upon further breakup, we see the phone’s CPU bearing a max 4.32GHz Oryon Prime code scored 678,498 points and its Adreno 830 GPU scored 1,268,838 points. Although the chipset mentioned on AnTuTu says Snapdragon 8 Elite, we have heard the phone will get a special Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Edition.

Other scores include 489,578 points on the UX and 569,999 on the memory. The device comes with 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage and 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM on-board and has Android 15 OS out-of-the-box. It’s not a surprise we will see a 120Hz display on-board OnePlus 13T given it is a flagship phone.

OnePlus 13T Specifications (Rumored)

Although OnePlus hasn’t shared any concrete details yet, we are certain that these specs (rumored) will actually make it on the unit.

OnePlus 13T brings a 6.31” OLED 1.5K panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. As the display size suggests, we will be seeing a portable 13T compared to the regular (actually, they are giant-sized) OnePlus flagship phones. Moving on, we see a 6,200mAh battery on board using OnePlus’ Glacier technology paired with 80W fast charging but no wireless charging.

Moving on, on the optics side, we see a 50MP primary snapper with OIS and a 50MP telephoto cam with 2x optical zoom. The phone will weigh around 185g. OnePlus 13T is touted to bring a radical performance upgrade thanks to the class-leading chipset and revamped thermal management system.

About OnePlus 13T launch date, there’s no confirmed dates as of now, however, we are hoping the phone would arrive in China by the end of this month followed by global launch a few months later. We might see OnePlus 13T or say, OnePlus 13 Mini, possibly across the markets. Vivo’s X200 Pro Mini will possibly rival the device as it prepares for its launch sometime this year as well as we documented the same in our List of Smartphones Launching in April 2025.
