OPPO Reno13 Series India launch date has been announced for January 9, 2025. OPPO is launching two models, Reno13 5G and Reno13 Pro 5G, with impressive AI features for better imaging and productivity.
AI-powered photography features
OPPO Reno13 Series introduces AI-driven tools to redefine smartphone photography. The AI Livephoto feature captures 1.5 seconds of 2K video before and after the shutter is pressed. It enables frame selection for scenes optimized for the ProXDR display, which supports 1.07 billion colors.
The AI Clarity Suite packs more into its package for bettering image quality. The AI Clarity Enhancer enhances clarity in photos shot at up to 10X digital zoom, so images cropped from the frame remain sharp. AI Unblur restores the original sharpness, color, and dynamic range in soft pictures. Now, AI Reflection Remover removes reflections and glare in shots taken through glass. Lastly, the AI Eraser 2.0 creates seamless hole-filling of unwanted objects or people.
AI portrait features
OPPO Reno13 Series focuses on AI-enhanced portrait photography to deliver professional results. The AI Portrait feature recognizes and refines up to 10 faces in group shots, making each face appear sharp and clear.
Facial feature optimization and reduced noise will create brighter, high-resolution portraits on AI Night Portrait, while AI Clear Face produces details with a clear, blemish-free finish using OPPO’s proprietary AI model. For group shots, AI Best Face automatically opens up closed eyes.
AI Studio app for enhanced creativity
OPPO’s AI Studio app leverages a large language model (LLM) to unlock creative possibilities for users. The AI Reimage feature offers more than 20 templates to stylize photos while preserving the original image’s essence.
Additionally, AI Motion transforms static images into dynamic live photos, adding life to ordinary pictures. These creative tools make it easier for users to experiment and create professional-quality visuals effortlessly.
Advanced camera
OPPO Reno13 Pro comes equipped with a powerful triple rear camera system. It includes a 50MP Sony IMX890 main camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) for capturing sharp and detailed shots.
The 50MP JN5 telephoto lens supports OIS, 3.5x optical zoom, and 120x digital zoom, enhanced by AI at 30X and beyond. Additionally, an 8MP OmniVision 08D ultra-wide lens with a 115° field of view ensures users can capture expansive shots.
Both models also feature a 50MP JN5 front camera, which supports 4K Ultra-Clear video recording. The tri-microphone system and Audio Zoom enhance sound recording quality.

OPPO Reno13 Series is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, built on a 4nm process. This advanced processor delivers 8x faster AI processing, 2x compute task improvements, and supports 10 billion parameter LLMs, enabling exceptional AI capabilities.
The chipset provides a 3.3x AI performance boost, resulting in a 20% performance increase and 30% lower power consumption compared to previous generations. Equipped with the Mali-G615 GPU, the Reno13 Series offers a 60% improvement in peak performance and up to 55% better efficiency, ensuring smooth multitasking and gaming experiences.
Smart AI productivity tools
OPPO Reno13 Series integrates GenAI assistants powered by Google Gemini LLM to enhance productivity. The AI Toolbox 2.0 offers features such as AI Summary, AI Writer, Screen Translator, and AI Reply.
These tools make it easier to generate summaries, translate text, and compose content quickly. The Documents App further enhances productivity with AI Summary, AI Rewrite, and Extract Chart functionalities, catering to diverse user needs and enabling seamless workflow management.

OPPO Reno13 Series features OPPO’s All-Round Armour Architecture for enhanced durability and protection. It comes with IP66 certification for dust and splash resistance. Additionally, it is IP68 rated for water resistance up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes and IP69 certified to withstand high-pressure, high-temperature water jets up to 80°C.
