“They were right, they always were!”. Well, it might seem like a movie dialogue, but it turns out it stands true for Samsung Galaxy Watch FE as it has finally arrived. I am talking about the first-ever Fan Edition (FE) smartwatch that was heavily rumored and leaked. Cut to now, the Galaxy Watch FE has made it official a few days before the Galaxy Watch models could make their debut. Now that we got you what you wanted, let’s see what Samsung has got us in the form of its brand-new Watch FE.
Samsung Galaxy Watch FE Goes Official
The first in the FE series, Watch FE brings a lot to the table and with a price tag that will blow your mind. Starting at a retail of $199 for the Bluetooth and $249.99 for the LTE version, Samsung Galaxy Watch FE is a great value-for-money smartphone that’s akin to the upcoming flagship Galaxy Watch 7 Series and Apple’s, you know.
Forged in a circular dial with just a single 40mm size, the phone packs in a 1.2-inch OLED panel with an Exynos W920 SoC steering the engine under the hood. We have 1.5GB RAM and 16GB of storage onboard as well. It runs on Samsung One UI 5 Watch out for the top.
Are you worried about batteries a lot? Galaxy Watch FE is a true powerhouse with a 247mAh (I know it’s smaller but), it gets the juices flowing for 30 hours straight (that’s what Samsung is claiming).
Don’t just go with the ‘budget’ tag on the Watch FE, it has an IP68 rating, a sapphire crystal lens, and the capability to withstand 5ATM of water resistance. The watch has been strapped with a MIL-STD-810H rating for excellent durability on the go. It is strapped with a tonne of features including NFC, one-click strap mechanisms, Bluetooth v5.0, LTE, GPS, Wi-Fi, and a few more. Of course, you can’t just say it has made quite compromises to bring the price down, can you?

It can even measure ECG and blood pressure giving you hints it senses something’s not right. There’s a gyro, barometer, light sensor, Samsung BioActive Sensor, and you name it.
Samsung officiated the Galaxy Watch FE earlier today, however, it will be available for sale starting June 24. Again, the price is $199 for the Bluetooth-only version where you choose between silver, gold, pink, and black. The LTE model is priced at a higher $249.99, and it will arrive in October so yes, quite some wait.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 Series is expected to make its debut at Unpacked 2024 alongside a speculated Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra. Foldable flagship’s duo — Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 5G and Z Flip6 5G will join the wagon too.
