We take screenshots almost every day and for varied use cases, but these are just raw images with little to no padding or other formatting options. Xnapper aids that functionality to your iPhone allowing users to add beautiful backgrounds to the screenshots, add border-radius, shadows, padding and so far.

Wish to redact some information from a screenshot such as your bank account number from a statement? Xnapper lets you redact such information ensuring your privacy and security remains at the center of the app. It may not be the best iOS apps out there, but it is surely a worthy one given our reliance on sharing screenshot left and right.

LocalSend

Finding it difficult to juggle data between devices, especially with different OSes? Try LocalSend, your free and open-source file transfer app that works seamlessly with Linux, Windows, macOS, Android, and of course, iOS. There are no ads, just pure file transfer from A to B with a reliable internet connection under the hood. It is like AirDrop for your iPhone but with the ability to transfer to devices running on other platforms and that’s a biggie.

The only catch, both devices need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi, and the rest, of the app will take care of it. It is speedy, so a few hundred megabytes of files seems like a warm-up for LocalSend. Add in a few gigabytes, and you’ll need a 5GHz Wi-Fi band but everything else is sorted. The app doesn’t let you transfer files before approving during each transfer (that can be changed later) but it is convenient and privacy-friendly for that matter.

The best of thoughts and ideas don’t usually come when you are on your iPhone or PC but rather they stumble upon randomly out of nowhere when you are gazing at small jets of water flowing in a riverfront. Or when traveling on a metro or bus, etc. You can’t always connect to the internet and above all, most text editors are simply blank slates of white silhouette that don’t appeal to many. Presenting Craft, as the name suggests, the app lets you craft and tap into the memories in an instant.

The app feels like Google Docs or Grammarly has received some glow, and now it looks amazing. You can format text, format the pages, and sync the text within other paired devices and bingo, it is now available anywhere and at any time. Craft, the app, lets you access all its features even when you are working offline. It organizes all your documents in a rather customized manner allowing users to find and access them without any hassle.
