Apple unveiled three new iPhones this year on its September 12 Special Event 2018. Named for iPhone XR, iPhone XS, ad the largest ever iPhone XS Max was revealed with high-end flagship specifications such as the Apple A12 Bionic SoC with 3GB/4GB/4GB RAM respectively and much more. Although the battery life was discussed during the event, it was barely an estimated duration of battery life compared to the last iPhones.

To put things into context for those who didn’t saw the event, Apple stated that the battery on iPhone XR lasts an hour and thirty minutes more than iPhone 8 Plus (the largest in terms of battery life till 2018 release). Similarly, the iPhone XS was sworn with an estimate of more than half hour of battery life compared to iPhone X 2017 and iPhone XS Max was rated as the highest amount of battery life with more than one hour and thirty minutes of battery life compared to iPhone X 2017, however, no specific capacity was discussed or declared.

But there’s an update which although isn’t satisfying enough but at least there’s a figure available. According to the latest certification by Chinese regulatory TENAA, the iPhone XS has a battery with the capacity of 2,658 mAh compared to that of iPhone X which had a 2,716 mAh, however, the battery life has been greatly enhanced. Further, the largest in the Apple iPhone reign is the iPhone XS Max with 3,174 mAh battery which is 500mAh larger than the last year’s iPhone X.

Finally, the iPhone XR has a battery life of 2,942 mAh battery which is interesting when it comes to the price tag where iPhone XR is the most inexpensive than other iPhones released this year. So, you’ll have to wait until the reviews are out concerning the battery life that Apple has tried to offer with the latest iterations of iPhones.
