LG V40 ThinQ goes on sale in India from January 24 at Rs 49,990/-

No more waiting for one of the coolest flagship smartphones of 2018 because LG is launching its LG V40 ThinQ in India on January 24th, 2019. The smartphone was launched more than three months ago and it is finally coming to India to showcase its prowess with its triple-camera array at the rear and a dual-camera setup at the front placed in a nicely packed notch.

LG V40 ThinQ is the successor in the V-series of smartphones. It sports a top-notched 6.4” P-OLED display with a QHD+ resolution and a notch totaling with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It is backed by the powerful Snapdragon 845 octa-core SoC with a maximum frequency of 2.7 GHz that roars like a lion excelling at every aspect of a modern-time intensive graphics usage such as to play PUBG without a hitch.

It is backed by a 6GB RAM that makes it zoom faster alongside the 128GB internal storage which is the variant that will be launching in India although there are different variants available outside India too. The most impressive aspect is that it can be expanded to a 2TB storage which is a lot more than what even Samsung Galaxy S9 offers as an extendibility.

The device boasts a 16MP (regular) +12MP (telephoto) +12MP (wide-angle) rear camera assembly with a super bright camera, dual PDAF, IOS, triple shot, AI cam and other features while the front has an 8MP+5MP dual sensors.

Further, the device is powered by 3,300 mAh Li-Ion battery which is similar to OnePlus 6 capable of producing a standby duration of over 20 hours and SoT of more than 5 hours on heavy usage although the stats might vary depending upon the usage.

As of now, we know that there are at least two colors available for the Indian market i.e. new Moroccan Blue and New Platinum Gray. It will be available on Amazon starting January 24 although you can place the order right away.
