Motorola Razr 70 Ultra specs leak, painting picture on what to expect

According to the folks at Android Headlines, Motorola Razr 70 Ultra (or Razr Ultra 2026 for the US) will bring a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC under the hood, the same as last year’s Razr 60 Ultra. There’s 16GB + 512GB storage on-board. We might see a hike in pricing thanks to the increasing cost of storage and the max 1TB in terms of trims on the Razr 70 Ultra. It has Android 16 out of the box and will follow similar Android upgrades and security patches, keeping in line with Motorola’s update trends.

The phone has dimensions of 171.48 x 73.99 x 7.19 when the phone is unfolded, the same as last year’s model. The Razr 70 Ultra has a 7-inch primary foldable phone bearing a 1224×2992 pixels resolution plus a 4-inch 1090×1272 pixels secondary display.

Moving on, we have similar camera specs on the Razr 70 Ultra, just as its predecessor. This includes a 50MP primary and 50MP ultra-wide camera on the rear and a 50MP snapper at the front. Motorola is partnering with Pantone for color calibration, and that’s something we will get to see on the upcoming foldable phone as well.

Moving on, the Motorola Razr 70 Ultra leaked specs further mention a 5,000mAh battery onboard, a small 6 percent increase from its last-gen offering. There’s 68W of fast charging tech, keeping it the same to ensure the phone charges faster. Of course, most of the specs mentioned above are borrowed from the Razr 60 Ultra, which might actually hamper the Razr 70 Ultra, although time will tell.

The smartphone giant is moving forward with two new colorways, i.e., Panton Cocoa Wood and Orient Blue Alcantara. These are along the same line as what last year’s model brought to the table, although with a little zing to them. There are also Pantone African Violet color options to choose from.

Motorola Razr 60 Ultra was launched on April 24, 2025, and we are hoping the Razr 70 Ultra will arrive around the same timeline. There’s no confirmed launch date as of writing this; however, given the growing leaks and official outings, we are hoping the same is imminent.
