Nothing Phone (3a) Pro Geekbench Listing Reveals Key Details
First things first, the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro Geekbench listing was recently spotted, revealing a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC. The phone carries the model number A059P, with the ‘P’ suffix possibly indicating the Pro variant, as the non-Pro Nothing Phone (3a) has the model number A059.
Anyhow, the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro managed to score 1,181 and 3,302 points in the single-core and multi-core tests on Geekbench v6.4.0. The listing also reveals a 1+3+4 core architecture with a maximum clock speed of 2.50GHz. Additionally, the model A059P appears with 12GB of RAM. Finally, Android 15 is listed, confirming that we are looking at a new device.
Transition to Snapdragon Chipsets
This year, Nothing Phones have transitioned from MediaTek to Snapdragon chipsets, likely due to the performance and efficiency benefits the latter offers. This shift could serve as a key USP for Nothing as it gears up for the launch on March 4. However, the Geekbench listing does not reveal any additional key specs, leaving us with details from previous leaks and official teasers from the London-based tech giant.
Nothing Phone (3a) Pro Rumored Features
Recently, Nothing took on X (formerly Twitter) to confirm the debut of a periscope telephoto camera on the upcoming Phone (3a) Pro. Although, the exact details for the periscope telephoto camera is still unknown. Anyway, reports suggest that the device would spot a 50MP periscope lens with 3x optical zoom, 6x in-sensor zoom, and up to 60x hybrid zoom.
Most notably, the Nothing Phone (3a) series will be an entirely ‘Made in India‘ product. Furthermore, the phone is expected to feature a 6.72-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 5,000mAh battery, and an IP64 rating, among other highlights.
Finally, the rear setup is expected to include a 50MP primary camera with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. On the front, the device is said to house a powerful 50MP selfie camera.
