The Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 may also be part of the launch event happening alongside the Pixel 9 series. A case leak on Amazon UK reveals that next-generation TWS will simply be named ‘Pixel Buds Pro 2,’ which certainly is a pretty predictable yet very exciting naming choice on the part of Google.

Leaked images indicate a brand-new pinkish color that could be called “Raspberry” or “Peony,” and a new-look language for the earbuds. The capacitive touch sensor-carrying top cap comes in a bit taller and takes more real estate than its predecessor, with a perfect dome shape. Besides, the pill-shaped grills are larger and color-matched to make them less prominent, and slightly different in terms of positioning compared to earlier.
Updated charging case
While the Pixel Buds Pro 2 might carry over a similar egg-shaped case look and size, one of the notable new features includes a cutout beside the USB-C charging port. This could be for a lanyard or a speaker that works with Google’s Find My Device network.
