The Motorola P30 series was the first from Motorola to sporting the now infamous notch taken from Apple iPhone X and was released on August 15 in China. Now, new photos of Motorola Moto smartphones with trending waterdrop notch has surfaced on the web with stunning maroon/red colored back and a circular dual-camera setup but there’s confusion too.
The images suggests that this is a Moto G6 Plus with waterdrop notch which is not possible because the Moto G6 Plus is a tall smartphone without any notch and was released four or five months ago but the camera setup resembles that of G6 Plus i.e. a 12+5MP camera arranged in a protruding circular case which has been a USP for Motorola Moto line of smartphones.
One of the images which have an iPhone X-style notch states that it is a Motorola and this, as per GSMArena, hints that it is a global variant of Motorola P30 dubbed as Motorola One that will come without ZUK’s skin ZUI 4.0. If the photos are true at all, it could hint towards availability of a maroon/red colored smartphone with waterdrop notch that has been seen in several upcoming smartphones which includes Vivo X23, Oppo R17, Honor 8X Max, among others.
