iQOO 15 Ultra is a gaming beast
iQOO wants users to distinguish between the standard iQOO 15 and the iQOO 15 Ultra, and that’s where the gaming-oriented DNA comes into play for the Ultra. The phone will pack in touch-sensitive shoulder triggers with a 600Hz sampling rate and low latency rate thanks to two independent control chips. This is perhaps one of the many features leading to its gaming identity when the phone actually rolls out in the market in a week’s time.
iQOO 15 Ultra is expected to bring an in-house Q3 gaming chip, the first smartphone to do so, bringing in 120fps frame interpolation, 2K native upscaling, and full-scenario ray tracking capability. All this makes iQOO the first smartphone maker to bring such features, keeping its gaming DNA at its prime. There’s also an active cooling solution on-board called the Ice Dome Air Cooling System that should be able to dissipate heat, allowing the phone to unlock its max potential.
