  • Good news for all those who were eagerly waiting for Trump T1 Phone as the device is ready for shipping.
  • For the 600K pre-orders, Trump Mobile will commence shipping and fulfiling orders in the coming few weeks although the exact date is not available.
  • This comes after substantial delays from August last year till May 2026, although take it with a pinch of salt.

After substantial delays and a few launch dates, the Trump T1 Phone appears to be on the verge of shipping out this week. ‘ That’s what the smartphone maker Trump Mobile has confirmed over a post on X.com, teasing the phone and its American-proud design. Here’s what’s in it for you.

A launch that has been repeatedly pushed back

First things first, Trump Mobile confirmed that the phone is coming “beginning this week,” although without divulging any dates. This comes after countless delays last year, when we heard the phone would arrive in August or September (2025), delayed to October, and another set of delays to November or December, followed by another shipping date sometime in March 2026.

Pre-orders opened long ago

The company is finally ready to roll out the devices to satiate a few early orders. There was a pre-order charge of $100 towards a $499 flagship phone, as the company claims. Apparently, Trump Mobile has played around with its terms and conditions, removing reference to a “US-made phone” to an “American-Proud Design,” which gives the phone legal protection from the earlier claims.

In fact, they even moved a note citing “A deposit is not a purchase, does not constitute acceptance of an order, does not create a contract for sale…” which is, for the unversed, a legal loophole to sway any claims by users who paid $100 during pre-orders last year.

What to expect from the Trump T1 Phone

The video teaser doesn’t divulge any specs; however, the company claims the delay was worth it as the phone’s specs have been redesigned. The T1 Phone is apparently a flagship phone at the cost of a mid-ranger, so I could say there’s a lot of fishy business going around.

Previous leaks and advertised specs suggest T1 will bring a 6.78” panel, a 50MP primary rear cam, Android 15 OS out-of-the-box, and a fingerprint scanner, to name a few. The phone looks like a specimen of Trump’s portfolio with a gold-plated exterior with an American flag inscribed on it alongside the “Trump Mobile” branding.

A report by the International Business Times mentions a figure of 600,000; that’s the number of pre-orders Trump Mobile has reportedly received with a $100 deposit each. With that kind of money and a strong government backing, I would suggest any interested buyer steer away from pre-ordering until the phone doesn’t actually show up.
